Refund Policy
This Refund Policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for the Tabbify platform (the “Service”), operated by Leontii Snegirev PR Računarsko programiranje Beograd-Stari Grad in the Republic of Serbia. Payments are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Ltd (“Paddle”), and refunds are issued through Paddle to your original payment method.
1. 14-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied with a paid subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. This reflects the EU right of withdrawal and is offered to all customers as a goodwill guarantee. This applies to the first payment of a new subscription.
2. Subscription renewals and cancellations
Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel at any time from your account or by contacting us; cancellation stops the next renewal and you keep access until the end of the current paid period. Renewal payments are generally non-refundable once the new period has begun, except where required by law — but if a renewal took you by surprise, contact us promptly and we will try to help.
3. On-demand compute, storage and transfer
Usage-based charges for compute, storage and data transfer reflect resources already provisioned and delivered to you, and are therefore non-refundable once consumed. If you believe you were billed in error (for example a technical fault on our side), contact us and we will investigate and correct genuine billing errors.
4. Free tier
The free tier involves no payment and so no refund applies.
5. How to request a refund
Email us at support@tabbify.io with your account email and the order or invoice reference. You can also use the receipt sent by Paddle, which contains a link to request help with the transaction. We aim to respond within 5 business days; approved refunds are returned to your original payment method by Paddle, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or provider.
6. Chargebacks
If you have a billing concern, please contact us first — we can usually resolve it faster than a bank dispute. Accounts with unresolved chargebacks may be suspended.
7. Exceptions
We may decline a refund where there is evidence of fraud, abuse of the refund policy, or a serious breach of our Terms of Service. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the law of your country of residence.
