Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Leontii Snegirev PR Računarsko programiranje Beograd-Stari Grad (“Tabbify”, “we”, “us”), based in the Republic of Serbia, collects, uses and protects your personal data when you use our platform, websites, APIs and tools (the “Service”). We act as the data controller for the personal data described here. We apply the standards of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Serbian Law on Personal Data Protection.

1. Data we collect

  • Account data — name, email address, login identifier, and any organisation details you provide.
  • Billing data — handled by our payment provider Paddle.com Market Ltd (Paddle), who acts as Merchant of Record. We receive limited transaction data (such as plan, amount, country and the last digits/type of the payment method), not your full card number.
  • Usage and technical data — logs, IP address, device/browser information, and metrics needed to operate, secure and bill the Service.
  • Content — the code, data and workloads you run. We process these only to provide the Service and do not access them except as needed for operation, support (with your request) or security.
  • Communications — messages you send us for support or enquiries.

2. How we use your data

  • to provide, operate, maintain and secure the Service;
  • to process orders, subscriptions and usage-based billing (via Paddle);
  • to provide support and respond to your requests;
  • to send service and, where permitted, product communications;
  • to detect, prevent and address fraud, abuse and security incidents;
  • to comply with legal obligations.

3. Legal bases

We process personal data on the following bases: performance of a contract (to provide the Service you request), legitimate interests (to secure and improve the Service), consent (where required, e.g. certain communications or cookies), and legal obligation (e.g. accounting).

4. Sharing and processors

We share personal data only with service providers who process it on our behalf, including:

  • Paddle.com Market Ltd (Paddle) — payments, invoicing and tax as our Merchant of Record;
  • Cloud and hosting providers (for example AWS and, where you choose, in-region or edge nodes) — to run the Service; workloads and data are kept in the region/jurisdiction you select where offered;
  • Communication and analytics providers — to send email and understand aggregate usage.

We do not sell your personal data. We may disclose data where required by law or to protect our rights and the safety of others.

5. Data location and international transfers

A core promise of Tabbify is keeping your data close to you and within the jurisdiction you choose, including a “data never leaves the country” option where available. Where data is transferred across borders, we use appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. Retention

We keep personal data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, then for the period required to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations or to resolve disputes, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

7. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, to restrict or object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority (in Serbia, the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection). 8. Cookies

Our websites use strictly necessary cookies to operate (for example to keep you signed in) and, where you consent, cookies to understand aggregate usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

9. Security

We use technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encryption in transit over our private mesh network, access controls and least-privilege principles. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data and will notify you of a breach where required by law.

10. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified by a reasonable means, and the “Last updated” date above will change.
