Managed Operations

Named engineer. Shared operating context. Explicit responsibility.

Tabbify combines application infrastructure with a person who learns the system and remains the primary technical contact. The contract states what Tabbify operates, what remains with your team, and how both sides coordinate a production decision.

Responsibility map

Named support without a one-person dependency.

The assigned engineer keeps continuity, while platform knowledge and escalation remain shared inside Tabbify.

01

Application team

Owns product behavior, business decisions, application code, and approval of production-facing changes.

02

Named engineer

Keeps the infrastructure context, coordinates the agreed deploy path, and leads first-line platform diagnosis.

03

Tabbify platform team

Maintains the shared platform components and backs the named engineer when a platform-level issue needs another specialist.

Evidence available today

Start diagnosis from the state the platform actually exposes.

Tabbify does not sell a fictional all-seeing operations dashboard. The current workflow begins with bounded evidence, the application runbook, and the engineer who knows the environment.

Coverage and response targets

Hours, response expectations, maintenance communication, and escalation are agreed in the production contract. Named support does not imply continuous on-call coverage unless it is explicitly purchased.

Operating cycle

Review, prove, then operate.

  1. 01

    Architecture review

Map the workload, dependencies, current release path, failure modes, and ownership.

  2. 02

    Production pilot

Move one bounded workload and verify packaging, health, network, domain, logs, and support flow.

  3. 03

    Managed operations

Continue only after both teams accept the operating boundary and commercial scope.
